Sales policies

All our prices are in Canadian dollars. We ship all over the world. We Accept payments by credit card (Visa/MC/AmEx), PayPal, Cheque or money order. Cheque and money order purchases will be shipped upon reception of full payment.



Shipping timelines: We treat your order within 24 hours of receiving it. For mailing, we use Canada Post’s Expedited Parcel service. If you are in Québec, the regional service takes between 1-3 work days. The national service requires between 2-7 days, depending on the distance from our head office in Gatineau, Québec. For the USA, expect 6-12 work days between large cities, and for other International destinations, a parcel sent by airmail takes between 6-10 work days. We can't guarantee the rapidity of these services, but we can help track your order if there are difficulties.



All Mama Kangaroo baby carriers may be exchanged at all times if they are in a perfect condition (unwashed, without any signs of use), accompanied by the instructions manual and the original receipt.



Mama Kangaroo will favor exchanges of her baby carriers instead of refunds. In the event that a refund is necessary, Mama Kangaroo will refund 80% of the original purchase price of the baby carrier.



No refund or exchange will be granted for baby carriers purchased within a promotion or product liquidation sale.



All baby carriers returned for an exchange or a refund are subject to the production department's approval and Mama Kangaroo does not guarantee that she will accept to give credit for the returned merchandise.



To proceed to an exchange or a refund, return your item in perfect condition in its original packaging including instructions and invoice. Please include a note explaining the reason of the return and the product you wish to receive in exchange. A cheque or money order in Canadian funds is required to cover the shipping fees of the new item. In the case where the return is due to a mistake from our side or a manufacturing defect, please return your item in the same conditions as above but include the receipt from the postal office instead of a cheque or money order so we can refund the shipping fees for the incorrect item. A cheque will be mailed with the replacement item.
