The website www.mamankangourou.com is committed to offering an accurate image of our products, however the photographs, texts, graphics, technical sheets are considered informative and not contractual.

Currencies and payments:

All our prices are in Canadian dollars. We ship all over the world and delivery charges are determined according to weight and/or the number of items per shipping zone and will be calculated at the moment of payment. We accept payments by credit card (Visa and MasterCard), by PayPal, by check or by money order. Orders paid by check or money order will be shipped when we receive the entire payment.

Shipping delays:

We will process your order within the next 24 hours following its reception, except during statutory holidays. We use Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service for all deliveries in Canada. The carrier standard delivery policies are between 1 and 3 business days in Quebec and between 2 to 7 business days for all other provinces. We also use Canada Post for shipment over the Canadian borders. The delivery time to major metropolitan areas of the United States are between 6 to 12 business days; for all other countries the air mail service is between 6 and 20 business days. Maman Kangourou cannot guarantee the terms of delivery; however we can help you follow your order if any difficulties should arise. Clients can choose another carrier company, in condition that they pay the additional costs if required.


The first wash of your product should be done separate to any other laundry, to avoid any dye transfers. Although it is exceptionally rare, Mama Kangaroo informs you of the possibility and is, therefore, absolved of any responsibility due to the negligence of following our recommendation.

Exchange or refund

Maman Kangaroo does not offer refunds, but accepts exchanges of our baby carriers.

Maman Kangaroo products are exchangeable within fifteen days of their reception with the condition that the product is not used and is in perfect condition (not washed or perfumed, with no sign that it has been used), accompanied with the instruction manual and the original copy of your receipt, as well as the original packaging. The shipping and handling fees remain the responsibility of the client (except in the case of a manufacturing default). 

No exchanges will be given regarding baby carriers acquired as part of a promotion or during a liquidation of our products.

All the products returned for exchange must be approved by the production department and in no way does Maman Kangourou guarantee it will credit the returned merchandise.

It is important to include a note explaining the reason of the return and the product you wish to receive in exchange. A payment (credit card, PayPal, check or Canada post mandate) is required to cover the shipping and handling fees for the exchanged product. In the case of an exchange due to a mistake on our part or a default of manufacturing, you must return the item under the same conditions mentioned above, however by including the receipt for your shipping and handling fees that you spent for the returned product, we will reimburse you those fees to you. The refund generally occurs the same way as the method of payment of the order.
